If you want her to be screaming with joy… If you want her to

Female ejaculation comes in two forms, scientists find

Squirting, also known as ‘female ejaculation,’ isn’t necessarily what you see in porn. Female ejaculate is when the urethral sponge (G-spot or Skene’s gland) becomes highly aroused and fills up with fluid. The fluid inside the urethral sponge that leaves the body is what’s called squirting.

To stimulate the G-Spot you can use the Spiderman grip, this is a specific hand position that mimics Spiderman shooting his webs. While it’s not true for every woman, many women indeed tend to require a bit more to get their engines revving. This is all about increasing the intimacy and comfort of the moment. Orgasms are great, and there’s nothing better than bringing your woman to climax. If you want her to be screaming with joy… If you want her to squirt while she climaxes… You’ve come to the right place.

With your palm facing upwards, you insert one (or two) fingers into the vagina. Make sure you’re not too deep in, stop at knuckle level. Okay, so you know what squirting is all about and how to prepare yourself for the big event. I know you’re not in kindergarten how to make a women squirt, but there’s nothing wrong with a friendly reminder!

Some couples find it super easy, while others find it dam near impossible. This troubleshooting checklist should help you identify and solve all the major problems that may be impacting her ability to squirt. You can get feedback in the moment by asking if she likes something you’re doing or prefers a different technique.

Instead, you’ll feel her get REALLY wet, and you’ll end up with a noticeable amount of fluid on the bed. So keep in mind — if you want to see her project ejaculate across the room like an orgasmic encore, be sure to use fingers and toys. She’ll probably let you know which ones she likes the best and which ones aren’t working for her. The longer you stimulate her g-spot, the more erect and juicy her g-spot is going to get. She’s going to be open, dripping wet, and pushing her pubic bone closer to you.

Please note this is really bad for the health of your pelvic floor and I don’t advise it. The first step in learning how to ejaculate involves masturbation. Sex therapist turned neuroscientist Nan Wise, PhD, says her research has shown that strengthening your pleasure pathways by experiencing pleasure regularly can make orgasms more accessible. Lola Jean agrees that figuring out squirting through solo play is best because you don’t have to worry about another person, which can sometimes be what causes sexual hangups and trauma.

When you’re doing both anal and vaginal play, avoid cross-contamination by making sure you’re not going back and forth at all — that means fingers, mouths, toys, penises. Anything that goes in or around the anal area must be cleaned with soap and water before vaginal contact. Gloves, dental dams, and condoms (including internal condoms) can also help protect you. Just be sure to swap out barriers when moving from anal to vaginal contact.

I believe that every woman can learn to squirt assuming she has the necessary physical attributes. That is, a functioning bladder, Skene’s glands, and urethra. Squirting fluid is a combination of urine and fluid from the Skene’s glands which is ejected—often forcefully—from the urethra. Female ejaculation is only fluid from the Skene’s glands and it’s often ejected less forcefully, in a trickle or drip. Oh, and by the way, squirting is also different from female ejaculation. I’m here to tell you that while squirting fluids do contain urine, it’s not the same as urination.
